RECIPE - ROULADEMADE WITH PASTRY DOUGH
Preparation time: 40 min Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 roll of Capelle pastry dough of 17.64 oz
  • 7.05 oz of mozzarella cheese
  • 7.05 oz of sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup curd cheese of 6.35 oz
  • 1 chicken egg
  • How to make it:

    1. Open the pastry dough and spread cheese and turkey breast over top

    2. In the center, place the curd cheese (place only in the center of the dough, otherwise it will drain when baking)

    3. Wrap it, remove t the plastic film protecting the dough;

    4. Slightly tap the egg and spread (with the aid of a brush or a piece of cotton) on the roulade

    5. Take it to the oven and when it shows a golden color, it is ready

    Our suggestions for sweet filings, which you can buy readymade.

    1. Fresh cheese with guava

    2. Brigadeiro (a Brazilian chocolate delicacy like chocolate truffle)

    3. Black Chocolate with Strawberry or hazelnut cream;

    4. Caramel condensed milk saucewith grated coconut.

    5. White chocolate ganache with chopped cherries.

    In case of hot preparation fillings, do not forget to perform it in advance, so that there is enough cooling time before placing it on the pasta;
