RECIPE - CODFISH PASTRY
Preparation time: 45min Yield: 20 units
Ingredients:
  • 17.64 oz of shredded cod (buy ready to make it easier for consumption)
  • 1 Capellepastry dough of 17.64 oz
  • 3.53 oz of chopped black olive
  • 1 curd cheese glass of 6.35 oz
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 3 stalks of chopped chives
  • 1 stalk of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Frying oil
  • How to make it:

    1. Cook the cod for 10 minutes, mix the olive, onion, garlic cloves, chives and chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    2. Braise it thoroughly and at the end add the curd cheese.

    3. Wait to cool down and then fill the pastries.

    4. Warm up the oil and fry it (to find out the ideal temperature, place an unused matchstick inside the oil, when it lights, the temperature is suitable).
