RECEITA - CANELONE MASSA DE PASTEL
Preparo: 20min Rendimento: 7 porções
Ingredientes:
  • 1 massa de pastel Capelle rolo de 500 g
  • 300 g de presunto
  • 300 g de mussarela
  • 1 pacote ou lata de molho temperado
  • azeite
  • Queijo ralado
  • Modo de Preparo:

    1. Abra a massa de pastel, forre com 1 fatia de presunto e por cima 1 de queijo.

    2. Enrole bem apertado a massa como rocambole retirando a película plastica.

    3. Corte numa espessura de mais ou menos 3 dedos, coloque os rolinhos em uma forma e cubra com o molho pronto.

    4. Aqueça o forno a 180ºC / 352O F durante 5 minutos.

    5. Acrescente por cima o queijo ralado e leve ao forno aproximadamente por 10 minutos.
